Walt Disney may have left us. But his films and movies will always be with us. This visionary man gave us the first feature length animated movie, ‘Snow White And The Seven Dwarfs’ and ‘Mickey Mouse’.
Below is a list of interesting and fun facts about Walt Disney we can look at to appreciate a great man.
1. Walt Disney was dyslexic. Dyslexia is a learning difficulty condition where the sufferer has difficulty reading and writing as well as spelling.
2. Walt Disney has been quoted as saying,”I loved Mickey Mouse more than any woman I have ever known”.
3. When Walt Disney created ‘Mickey Mouse’, he originally named the little mouse Mortimer Mouse but was persuaded by his wife, Lillian to change it.
4. In the beginning of Mickey Mouse’s career, his voice was provided by Walt Disney himself.
